Complex Litigation
Elias Kohn Law handles complex civil litigation, including commercial disputes, class actions, constitutional claims, Fifth Amendment taking claims, civil-rights matters, business torts, and contract disputes.
The firm represents individuals and businesses in matters involving substantial financial exposure, complex statutory and regulatory issues, and multi-party discovery, guiding clients from the initial investigation of a dispute through trial and appeal.
Elias Kohn Law offers lower contingency rates, typically closer to 25% rather than the 33% or more charged by traditional firms, and does not shift operational costs, such as legal-software expenses, to its clients. This ensures clients retain more of their recovery when a successful outcome is achieved.
