Elias Kohn Law was proud to serve as an official for the Chester County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division’s Quizzo Fundraiser on November 6, 2025, held at the Chester County History Center. This annual event brings together attorneys, judges, and community partners to raise funds for organizations making a meaningful difference in Chester County. This year’s fundraiser supported Friends Association, a nonprofit committed to preventing family homelessness and building long-term housing stability for parents and children.
The mission of Friends Association—ensuring that every family has a safe, healthy, and stable place to call home—aligns closely with the core values of Elias Kohn Law. Our practice is grounded in serving individuals and families during some of their most challenging moments, whether through criminal defense, civil rights litigation, small-business advocacy, or helping local residents navigate life-altering legal issues. We believe that legal advocacy is a form of community care, and that stability, fairness, and opportunity begin with strong support systems. Friends Association’s work—preventing evictions, providing emergency family housing, supporting long-term housing stability, and advocating for systemic change—mirrors the firm’s commitment to addressing both the immediate needs and the broader inequities affecting our neighbors. By sponsoring events like the YLD Quizzo Fundraiser, Elias Kohn Law strengthens its role in the community not only through legal representation, but also through direct support of organizations that promote dignity, safety, and opportunity for families.
