Elias Kohn Moderates ABA National Podcast on Prescribed Fire Law and Policy

On July 13, 2023, Elias A. Kohn served as moderator for the American Bar Association’s SEER podcast, Environmental Law Explored, leading the episode “Prescribed Fires on Federal Lands: Overview of Pressing Management, Law and Policy Issues.” Kohn guided a discussion with officials from the U.S. Forest Service, exploring the legal framework governing prescribed fire, wildfire management strategy, and the policy challenges facing federal land managers.
